This 3-Day course is designed for beginners and intermediate Xactimate users looking to master the latest in estimating efficiency with Xactimate Desktop.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Xactimate Training Course is designed for new to intermediate Xactimate users. Students in this course will be introduced to the techniques and best practices needed to create small to medium loss estimates using a variety of Xactimate tools. Students will be taught the most efficient ways to set-up, sketch, scope, and deliver professional estimates. All this is done while preparing students for Level 1 and 2 Certification Exams.
The instructor uses a three-step process to first show the student the activity, then teach how to accomplish the activity and then finally to observe and assist the students with completing the activity. The course includes how to write your first estimate, sketching basics, writing the scope of an estimate, completing, and printing the estimate, working on roofs in sketch, claim info and parameters, expanding your sketch proficiency, the estimate items window, the complete window, graphical estimation, sketching a medium loss roof, grouping folders, macros and templates.
Whether you’re a new or experienced Xactimate user, this 3-Day course teaches the fundamental concepts of Xactimate X1. It provides instruction to better harness the power of Xactimate using a series of lessons, labs, and practice estimates. This course also teaches the proficiency concepts of Xactimate X1 and is designed for users with a fundamental knowledge of Xactimate. It provides instruction to help create estimates more quickly, effectively, and accurately.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your PC based laptop with either a live working copy, or a live working Demo copy of Xactimate installed. Please make sure to bring your power cord for your laptop to ensure you can work all day during the training. Xactimate is not supported on a Mac or Chromebook computer.
XACTIMATE REQUIREMENTS
