CONTRACTORS NETWORK & TRAINING CENTER - XACTIMATE MOBILE LIVE WEBINAR TRAINING
This 1-Session Live Online Webinar Training takes you to the limits with Xactimate Mobile. We teach the users how to transfer files back and forth in the cloud and work your claims in mobile. Our Xactware Certified Trainers have worked a few hundred claims while fine-tuning the most efficient way to handle claims in the mobile platform. We also teach the use of "Mobile Mini-Macros" and how to organize them to help you get a jump-start on closing those claims in the field.
CLASS STRUCTURE
The class is taught online utilizing Zoom Meetings. You will receive an email following registration for the course that will provide you with a link to access the course. Class size is limited to smaller groups to provide the best training experience.
WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THE ONLINE TRAINING
You will need your laptop with either a live working copy, or a live working Demo copy of Xactimate installed. A compatible Apple iOS device is required. A compatible Disto Bluetooth device is recommended but not required. It is also recommended that you launch the Zoom training on your Desktop/Laptop. A 2nd monitor is not required but recommended for the training.
XACTIMATE REQUIREMENTS
Xactimate X1 is required for the training class and for use with Xactimate Mobile. Please make sure that you have installed and verified that you can log into your Xactimate Desktop prior to the training class. For any problems with Xactimate, please reach their online support team at their website.
At CNTC, our Xactimate Certified Trainers can provide you with a 30-day demo copy of Xactimate Professional. This license will provide you with access to the Desktop, Online and Mobile versions of the software at no charge. Once you register for the class, you will receive instructions for registering of the demo software prior to the start of class.
MOBILE TRAINING EQUIPMENT
Xactimate Mobile can be run on any current Apple tablet or smartphone. To get access to all the latest Xactimate Mobile feature, you must have a compatible Apple Pro device (smartphone or table). The Mobile app does not run on older versions of these devices. It is also not compatible with Android smartphones or tablet, Microsoft Surface tablets or Kindle devices. MEASURING DEVICES
Xactimate Mobile has partnered with Leica to enhance your mobile experience. If you are interested in linking your laser measuring device to your tablet or phone for use in Xactimate Mobile, Leica is the only brand that can link to the software. The devices are known as a DISTO. The compatible models are D1, D2 and E7500. They start at around $75 and are available for purchase online through Home Depot and Amazon. There are likely other sources online where you can also find these devices. While not a requirement, I do highly recommend the DISTO for use with mobile to speed up your time in the field.
