Learn the Ropes of Inside Work
This 1-Day training teaches you the ins and outs of adjusting from the desk. the morning session we teach our tips and tricks to estimate the loss without seeing the damages. We teach you how to get the information you need from the insured to write a complete estimate based on the type of loss and the damages reported. You will work through a series of mock claims to practice what you've learned. You will practice writing the estimate while on the phone with the insured. The afternoon will be focused on the File Examiner role. You will learn all of the steps involved in the review process, how to work within XactAnalysis, how to collaborate a claim, and how to return a claim for corrections properly. You will be working claims in our XactAnalysis Dataset using our test environment.
XACTIMATE REQUIREMENTS
Xactimate X1 is recommended for the training class. This is the latest version of Xactimate which is replacing version 28. If you have version 28, don’t worry. You can still take the training and will have no limitations. If you are going to be utilizing a Demo copy of Xactimate, it would be best to get the X1 demo.
