How to handle a large loss fire and properly setup your Xactimate when handling large loss claims
This 1-Day training will teach the advanced Xactimate user some of the more advanced features and skills that you have been looking for.
In the class we will perform a virtual walk-through inspection of a large loss fire. We will discuss the damages and considerations that will be needed when handling a large fire loss. You will learn how to properly setup your claim in Xactimate, and how to proceed in the field with a loss of this nature.
As part of this class, we teach many of the Advanced/Mastery Xactimate techniques that will allow you to handle not only large fire losses, but large losses of all types.
The class also focuses on Large Loss estimate writing techniques to ensure that you are ready to handle larger, more complicated losses such as fires, earthquakes, wind losses and vehicle impacts. You will learn how to properly setup the Sketch Level and Layers to ensure your estimate flows properly.
XACTIMATE REQUIREMENTS
Xactimate X1 is recommended for the training class and for use with Xactimate Mobile. This is the latest version of Xactimate which is replacing version 28. If you have version 28, don’t worry. You can still take the training and will have no limitations. If you are going to be utilizing a Demo copy of Xactimate, it would be best to get the X1 demo.
